By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. - Guests must be 21+ years old to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy below, and shall not engage in illegal activity. No parties! Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am (CST). - No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted inside the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. -Renter must sign rental agreement and provide pictures of photo IDs of all guests, within 48 hours of booking, and before checking in. -$500 security deposit required for rentals of one month or more. We use PayPal for that. At move in, we will complete a quick and easy property condition checklist. As long as nothing is damaged when you move out, you will receive all of the deposit back. If anything is damaged, we will deduct the actual amount needed to fix the issue, and NOT the entire $500.
