Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation (maximum of 6) - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy below, and shall not engage in illegal activity. No parties! Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am (CST). - No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted inside the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. -No Pets - No Permanent Residence: You agree that your use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property. -Criminal Activity Prohibited - Use of the property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the property

The home is located in a hilly residential neighborhood, located in a Smoky Mountain valley. It is very quiet on the end of this dead end street. If you go on a walk through the neighborhood, you'll catch some beautiful mountain views!

You'll have access to the entire townhome and private patio/sauna.

Find us

Lots of the homes around here have incredibly steep driveways and switchbacks. Not this one! The neighborhood is easy to get into, and you won't need 4-wheel-drive if the weather turns bad. The best part is the location. You're under 10 minutes from Dollywood, and 10 minutes from the Parkway where all the Pigeon Forge attractions are.
