House Rules

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. - No parties - Guests must be 25+ years old to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation (maximum of 10, plus two Toddlers/Infants). - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy below, and shall not engage in illegal activity. No parties! Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. - No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted inside the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. -Renter must provide a picture of photo ID card and sign rental agreement, within 48 hours of booking. This is required by our HOA. Access to the home will not be provided until this is completed. HOT TUB RULES: 1. Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or medication while using the hot tub. 2. No hot tub usage during city quiet hours - between 10pm and 7am 3. Keep food and beverages away from the hot tub. 4. Smoking is not allowed in or around the hot tub. 5. Do not remove any parts or floating devices from the hot tub. 6. Shower before using the hot tub to keep the water clean. 7. Do not use the hot tub alone. 8. Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub. 9. If you feel sick, exit the hot tub immediately. 10. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the hot tub (4 people). 11. Children must be supervised by an adult. 12. People with heart disease, diabetes, any serious illness, or are pregnant should consult a doctor before use. 13. Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds. 14. Do not use the hot tub during thunderstorms. 15. Properly put the cover back on the hot tub after use. Failure to do so will cause water to evaporate to a level that can damage the hot tub. 16. Do not sit or lie down on the cover. 17. Sexual activity is not allowed in the hot tub. 18. Damage caused by the guest or a member of the guests’ group due to abuse, misuse, or violation of these rules is the responsibility of the guest.

The home is located in a hilly residential neighborhood, located in a Smoky Mountain valley. It is very quiet on the end of this dead end street. If you go on a walk through the neighborhood, you'll catch some beautiful mountain views!

You'll have access to the entire townhome and private backyard.

Find us

Lots of the homes around here have incredibly steep driveways and switchbacks. Not this one! The neighborhood is easy to get into, and you won't need 4-wheel-drive if the weather turns bad. The best part is the location. You're under 10 minutes from Dollywood, and 10 minutes from the Parkway where all the Pigeon Forge attractions are.
