This is required by the City of Chicago and our HOA. -$500 security deposit required for rentals of one month or more. Per AirBNB policy, this is collected outside of the platform. At move in, we will complete a quick and easy property condition checklist. As long as the property is returned in similar condition to when you checked in, you will receive all of the deposit back. If anything is damaged, we will deduct the actual amount needed to fix the issue, and NOT the entire $500.needed to fix the issue, and NOT the entire $500.

The staircase to your 2nd level unit is right off the alley. You'll access the apartment via smart lock. The in-building laundry is free and located at the garden level, accessible to exterior staircase and door, with keypad lock. You'll have 2-dedicated days per week to use the secure laundry, and your neighbors will be using it the other days of the week.
