🎮 REC ROOM Our converted garage rec room is an awesome hangout spot! We’ve added a screen door so you can open it up without letting bugs in. A few quick notes: 1️⃣ Please keep the garage door closed when unattended — we don’t want any critters sneaking in. 2️⃣ When night-time temperatures drop below freezing (late Fall through early Spring), the garage door will stay locked to prevent frozen pipes The rec room has heating, but not air conditioning. The apartment above has both, of course! . 📋 HOUSE RULES Must be 21+ to book Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (including children) 🚭 No smoking 🚫 No drugs or illegal substances 🐾 No pets 🎉 No parties or events 🙏 Please don’t take or damage items 💚 Treat our home with care — we love it dearly and want future guests (and our family!) to enjoy it just as much.
